At Luma Rest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at lumarestsa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
