Processing Time All orders are processed within 8–14 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer shipping across South Africa. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within South Africa only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Damaged or Lost Orders Luma Rest is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Delivery Delays Luma Rest is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
